1. Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, delivery address, and order details submitted via the order request form or contact form. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and process your order request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to communications).

4. Retention

Order and contact data is retained for 5 years after the last interaction for legal and accounting purposes, then securely deleted.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, contact compliance@blockshiel.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or as necessary to fulfil your delivery (courier partner). All processors operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

8. No Seed Phrase Data

We never collect, process, or store any seed phrase, private key, or wallet data of any kind. This is technically impossible — your device generates all cryptographic material locally and offline.

2. Non-Binding Order Requests

Order requests submitted via this website are non-binding enquiries only and do not constitute a legally binding contract. A contract of sale is formed only when the seller confirms the order in writing (by email). No payment is taken at the time of order request submission.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR including applicable VAT. Delivery costs are communicated upon order confirmation and depend on destination. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to written order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at order confirmation. We ship to EU/EEA countries. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumer disputes, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

6. Warranty

Hardware defects are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised modification.

7. Disclaimer

Blockshiel is a hardware device. We are not an exchange, broker, or financial adviser. We provide no investment advice and accept no liability for any loss of cryptocurrency assets resulting from loss of seed phrase, misuse of the device, or user error.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Conditions for Return

• The device must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
• The device must not have been activated (i.e. the first-setup seed-generation process must not have been started).
• All original accessories and documentation must be included.

3. How to Return

Email compliance@blockshiel.pro within the 14-day window with your order reference and intent to return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.

4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned device, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence of their dispatch.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to devices that have been activated (sealed packaging broken and first setup completed), as the device becomes personalised to your cryptographic keys at that point.

6. Defective Goods

If you receive a defective device, contact compliance@blockshiel.pro immediately. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you under the 24-month statutory warranty.
